The brighter <strong>blue dot near the center of the photo is us<\/strong> \u2013 planet earth!<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/upliftingstar.com\/star1015denver\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2026\/04\/Matt-Space-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-163819\" style=\"width:346px;height:346px\" width=\"346\" height=\"346\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s easy to look at a photo like this and be impressed with the scientific knowledge it took to make it happen. <strong>But pause<\/strong>, and look at the photo again\u2026this is what it feels like to be millions of miles from home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may feel millions of miles away from God right now, perhaps because of some choices you\u2019ve made, or the hurts you\u2019ve suffered. I\u2019ve felt that way too &#8211; lonely\u2026 isolated\u2026 <strong>like He\u2019s forgotten me.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re feeling about as far from God as the earth is in that photo, lean into a verse that has been so important to me: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Deuteronomy%204&amp;version=NLT\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Deuteronomy%204&amp;version=NLT\">Deuteronomy 4:29<\/a>, &#8220;<em>But if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul.<\/em>&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>God promises us that no matter how far we\u2019ve drifted from Him, even if it feels like we\u2019ve wandered millions of miles away in our heart, mind, and soul \u2013 the instant we turn to seek him <strong>we WILL find Him<\/strong>, and he will forgive our sins, He\u2019ll heal our hurts, and walk with us back to the freedom, joy, and <strong>peace that can only be found in Him<\/strong>.<br><br>Matt Stockman<br>Brand Director, STAR 99.1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P.
