You\u2019re going to blink, Dad\u2026.\u201d&nbsp;<\/strong>Blink. I did,&nbsp;and&nbsp;then&nbsp;I was watching my now 18-year-old daughter, Emily, walking up to accept her diploma. I now have a high school graduate! I still need to pinch myself when I think about this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>What\u2019s next for Emily? A bit of a gap year, then off to college. She\u2019s unsure of what to study right now, but she\u2019ll find her groove\u2026she always does.&nbsp;<strong>That\u2019s one thing I know about my daughter, she always finds her place.&nbsp;<\/strong>She\u2019s had a lot of interests&nbsp;over&nbsp;the years: real estate, marine biology, dermatology, even radio (I like that), but she\u2019s still mulling over her path. There\u2019s never a rush, though. I tell her that and remind her that she\u2019ll find her thing, but one thing I know is that God has a plan for her no matter what.
