How much does the trip cost, and what’s included?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The all-inclusive cost of your ticket is $159 (+processing fees), which includes your seat on the bus, and your concert ticket to see Elevation Worship! Plus, you’ll ride on the bus alongside Kristen James from the STAR Morning Show ppand other STAR personnel, and receive a boxed meal to enjoy on the bus on the way to the concert.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

How do I sign up and pay for the trip?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Just click the link for registration, make your ticket selection, and enter your payment info! All major credit cards are accepted.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Is there a deadline to register?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

While the concert is on February 25th, there is a limited amount of seating so tickets will go fast! Be sure to register as soon as possible. Ticketing will officially close at 11:59PM February 22nd, OR when Sold Out.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Who can attend this trip? Is there an age limit?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

There is no age requirement. That being said, all attendees must be able to sit on an enclosed bus for an extended period of travel time, and be comfortable with attending a large indoor concert. If you’re considering bringing a small child, please consult the venue’s website. Any attendee who is deemed as needing a seat at the venue will need a seat on our bus, and therefore must have their own Caravan ticket.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

What is the cancellation and refund policy?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

All ticket sales are final. The event is scheduled to go on rain or shine (barring unforeseen dangerous weather circumstances). In the event of a cancellation by the concert hosts, we will communicate with all bus attendees regarding plans for postponement or cancellation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Where and when does the bus depart?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The bus will depart from Somerset, NJ (exact pickup location will be distributed to confirmed ticket holders) at 4pm on the day of the concert. Attendees must arrive 30 minutes<\/i><\/b> prior to departure for check-in and loading on to the bus.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

I will be driving to the bus departure spot. Will there be a place for me to leave my car? <\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

There will be a large parking lot to leave your vehicle, if attendees choose to drive to the pickup location. There will also be a bathroom for attendees to utilize prior to departure.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Where and approximately when will the bus return?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The bus will return to the same location pick-up occurred, with an estimated<\/b> arrival of 11:45pm. This time is subject to change based on the concert end time and traffic heading back.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

What kind of bus will we be on?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Attendees will be on a large charter bus, equipped with a bathroom and other amenities!<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Can we bring food and drinks on the bus? What about alcohol? <\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

If you would like to bring your own drinks or snacks on the bus, you are allowed – but we ask that you please be mindful to possible allergens, and alcohol is not permitted<\/strong><\/em>. Bringing food or drinks of any kind into the concert venue is subject to venue policy.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Will there be station staff or chaperones on the bus?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Yes, there will be STAR 99.1 personnel on the bus.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Can I leave belongings on the bus during the concert?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

You may leave belongings on the bus during the concert, to pick up when you return for the evening.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

What happens if I miss the bus for departure or return?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Our organizers will be steadfast in communicating all arrival and departure times with attending guests, as well as communicating with those who seem not to be in attendance. All attendees must<\/i><\/b> reach out to STAR staff organizers if they are running late for any reason, and understand that attendees will have to organize their own alternate transportation to\/from the concert venue if there is a late arrival to the bus<\/i><\/b>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

What are the rules for the concert venue?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

What is seating like?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The venue’s seating chart can be seen here: https:\/\/www.barclayscenter.com\/events\/seating-charts<\/a>. All Caravan attendees will be sitting in the Lower\/Mid Bowl, but the whole group may not sitting together. Exact seats will be assigned and distributed on the bus going to the concert. If you wish to be sitting with another party or group within the Caravan, be sure to make that known to STAR personnel on board.\u00a0<\/p>\n
